Pachucks, You should have the right to dispute any credit card charge. If your card was charged and you never received the merchandise then you can write/call the credit card company and dispute the charge. They may ask for documentation and <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=m...

Brian,
I just picked up a rescue Jr. in orange and VG-10. I was surprised at the blade length, I expected something smaller. I'd choose the JR. unless you need a larger blade.
Blade length: Jr. 79mm 3 1/8" Rescue 92mm 3 5/8"

Carlos, Thanks for the info. And yes school, he knows would probably cause him at least a suspension and more problems than he'd ever wish for. Sword and Shield, I was thinking of the delica maybe in the combo edge, but the PE would probably work fine, when you said forgiving steel did you mean the ...

Carlos, Will the resharpening of the Ti blades and the larger barrel bolts make the 'first run' blades smaller, or is it insignificant? Also you did a quite complete review on the salsa. Made my think more about it. I was wondering if you think it would be a good size for a teenager? Primarily for m...

Kevin,
Welcome to the forum. I just had to say hi since you're from my neck of the woods. I have also been looking at the salsa's, but not being able to handle one easily makes the decision tougher.

Thanks Sharp1. I had found them in the past. I just hadn't associated them with tools. Sadly their current page doesn't have Q's, but the search is never over, unless I get cured of this virus.

Sharp1, Would you be able to divulge the name of this dealer. I tried all the search engines with q-knife,tools and I can't find who you found. Your tips are very well laid out. Especially sending an email before ordering. I have many non-responses to companies that are probably out of business. Two...

Al,
I couldn't agree with you more. I was thinking after inverntory there must be 1 or 2 left on the shelf at S.F.O.
That first forum knife is a well done piece.

Thanks blades for the welcome. I found the site http://anzu.sakura.ne.jp/~poiz/g/ The 3rd row of pictures down, 4th from the left.
I've done a lot of google searching for "Q" and this was one of my finds. Now if I could only find where to buy them.

For ones that I have seen in person, I like the WMO (Wilderness Medicine Outfitters) This is the sheepfooted blade knife with a branch and cross in the blade. And the spyder logo 'original'. For ones I've only seen pictures I like the one that is just the outline of a blade. I'll try attaching the g...

Samo, I like the idea of the sheepfoot blade. Especially around my kids. I almost purchased the Rescue, but my brother got me interested the "Q" knife. Right now I'm awaiting delivery of a sheepfoot Q that I've ordered. In my daily job I have little need for the point and I feel this would...

I agree that expulsion is going too far. The student acknowledged his mistake. Let it go.

Kirath, since you are in contact with kids is your EDC a sheepfoot blade?
