Either a (Dutch Army) Soldier (issued to the draftees, when we still had that), or a farmer (soldier + saw).

But most of the time I also have a climber or a huntsman in my backpack somewhere.

Backed up with a spyderco (at the moment a UKPK and a Stretch in ZDP).

Good to see it wont get liners. I like it lightweight and all that. I've used the AUS-8 model quite a bit now and I really do like it. I've had a finch (byrd with more or less the same dimensions IIRC) in G10 with liners but that made the knife too heavy for me. A dragonfly should be that lightweigh...

Homeij Endura

Looks nothing like the "original", but I'm not sure if the name is a trademark so...

And I'm not sure if I (or another member) posted this before. If so, I apologize.

Again: only the name appears to be stolen.

Opened some boxes with my AUS-8 PE Dragonfly, cut some tape with my ATS-55 SE Rescue, cut some vegetables with my ZDP-189 PE Stretch II.

All good, just different, right ? ;)

Sometimes I miss this forum, sometimes I dont. Having red this thread and then discovering it was all about the peanut-butter, made it al good fortunately. :D I still like the CPM-S30V knives I have though, and the ones with other steel(s). Although I too have some difficulty sharpening ZDP-189. It ...

I love mine. Have been carrien it IWB for the las few weeks, if I could. It's been quite hot here, so I am curious to see what that did to the steel and liners. So far so good though. Mine isnt as sharpend as yours I guess, but so far a few strokes on the white stones are good enough to bring back t...

I actually like it on the Dfly. It's tight enough and light enough. Also, the FRN doesnt scratch a thing... However, the Delica I bought, used, had it's FRN-clip removed. I think that's for the better. Small models + frn-clip = good, big models + frn-clip = bad. This doesnt apply if you're NOT right...

Love the SAK. I am carrying a farmer as EDC apart from a Spyder (nowadays a Stretch 2 in ZDP). Only alox we can get here it seems is in "grey". Dont really mind the plastic though. Carried those for years, too. Before I knew Spyderco. Every boy should start with a SAK. Most of them over he...

I watch most of the games if possible. Or leave the TV on in the background while finishing some important work (studies, painting,... what have you). The Dutch didnt do too bad first game, of course the own goal from Denmark helped. And indeed, Germany was DOMINATING ! So far I quite like it. Good ...

I have one and use it everyday. Most of the time it's just used for cutting tape, but every week or so it has cardboard-duty. It eats a lot of it then, and it really takes a while before it's getting dull... It does a very fine job at that, the knife being that small I dont really think VG-10 will m...

I own an airrifle. :D 4.5 mm all the way !!
Seriously: I could own one if I wanted to go through the hassle of the papers, a gun-vault at home, and the membership of a gunclub.
But I still could NOT carry one, unless I was LEO or Military. Not legally anyway.

So no "real" guns for me.

Jason Breeden rescue thingie.

It's a sleeper, just like his Captain. And it looks good !

Of course the para 2 is nice as is the "balance". And there are plenty of others I like.

But that JB knife...cant wait to get it in my hand(s). Bummer that I couldnt go to the Spyderco meeting... :(

I've seen the (probably pre-order) FRN UKPK on a site.
Price was about 40 €, so should be something like 40-45 US$ MSRP.

Not sure if this was already in this thread.
Hope it helps.
