Re: Next Pink Spyderco?

You can give your girlfriend a pink Endura4. With a longer blade, it should work well since she is a chef.

Re: Is my para2 real?

The pocket clip is supposed to be silver on this model, not black like yours.

Re: Spyderco Chubby

Sorry, I thought Casey Lynch made the Para2 scales and didn't realize that he made the pry bar as well. I'm not familiar with Casey Lynch's work and I did not recognize the logo.

Re: Spyderco Chubby

I can testify to the outstanding quality of Casey Lynch's Ti PM2 scales endgame. They are milled to perfection and the tolerances as tight as Spyderco would have themselves. Can't wait for Spyderco's upcoming Ti PM2 too, a prototype of it sold in eBay a few months back. It was boootiful.... http://...

I also noticed that font on your Herbst box is different. Like others have mentioned, the person that changed the scales done a nice job.

Can you please let us know if there is a difference in performance between the custom and the Spyderco version?

Based on the pictures, it appears that the blade shape is slightly different between the custom and the Spyderco version. The Spyderco version has more belly.

Do your brother a favor and get him something that is less than 3 inches. The Delica is an ideal candidate.

Hi Chris,

I have to admit to you that I’m impressed. The last “Q” that I added to my “Q” collection was in October 2005. Any chance you can post a picture of your new MRI “Q”?

I know exactly what you're talking about. I’ve seen a picture of it. One of our long time forum members here owns one but he doesn’t post often. If I recall, he stated that it was an experimental prototype and is a genuine Spyderco. That was a long time ago.

It would be cool if we can have a Velcro patch. I'm not a big fan of an I.D. badge like USN.

Dennis,

The pink Delica was one run. As you may know, most of the Seki-City knives come in batches and there is no need to separate them by batches. At that time, it was the input from forumites that changed the color of the clip, not to distinguish batch one and two.

Black Clip on FFG Colored Delica and Endura = /

Several years ago when the pink Delica was released with a black pocket clip, a number of us chimed in and stated that the black clip was not appealing and the silver clip looked a lot better. A number of forumites replaced the black clip with the silver one and posted pictures of the change. We all...
