Most will slice well, but you can't argue with physics. The thinner the blade the better the slicer, so aside from the Catcherman which I believe is 2mm, the next best is the Chaparral series at 2.5mm, besides the smaller knives like the Ladybug and Dragonfly. Just one thing though this knife is SHARP.
