Re: A change in tone
... that is ultimately disguised passive aggressive attack on another person. The ironic thing about that is kind of thing that it is an example of the action it is actually arguing against in the worst possible way. Not speaking of your post, but what you reference. How does it make any sense to r...

Re: A change in tone
I am a huge Spyderco fan and most (over 90%) of my knives are Spyderco. I enjoy this forum quite a bit both for the info and the dialogue. But one thing that I have found is that quite a few people are intolerant of criticism of any kind or even something that isn't really criticism but a stated pre...

Re: How about a salt mule?
Hmmmn, I think that with loose fitting board shorts or swim shorts that you could very well be right in the hourglass shape being superior because of where the knife is pinned with respect to the center of mass of the knife. It would probably prevent it from swinging around so much while wearing som...

Re: How about a salt mule?
I've never ever had any problems with any of the wire clips not holding securely enough for IWB carry but I don't even bother carrying the hourglass clip version IWB since the handle tips then stick up enough that the butt of the knife can sometimes dig into my stomach when bending over since it pro...

Re: How about a salt mule?
Great news guys! Count me in! My vote goes to the wire clip on this one. But will buy regardless of clip style! Hi Lance, We plan a Mule Team in LC200N (LC). We already have the steel on hand and w're in the process of adding it to the queue. I'm also working on 2 Salt designs with LC. G-10 scales....

Re: Knifeworks M4 PM2!!
I don't know why you're rolling eyes at it. I thought it was your thread, but maybe my recollection was wrong, sorry. Was just a suggestion anyway, based on a guess that the poll may change a bit with news of this highly anticipated exclusive already coming and not being a chance of a Forum Knife a...

G-10 scales. 3-3/4 blade and 4-1/4 blade. Any thoughts on what type of clip you'd like to see for function in your kayak? sa...

Re: Knifeworks M4 PM2!!
So can we now, pretty please, have a diamond cut patterned dark blue G10 (or dark green G10) Caly 3.5 as the next Forum knife? :p ;) :D YES. You should bring back that Forum Knife poll thread and have another revote after this news has broken and changed things around. Uhhhhh, no thank you? :rolley...

Re: Another KnifeWorks 204P Exclusive
I saw this from a mile away. No green and no 204P Millie yet and makes sense for KW to follow the theme from the wildly popular PM2 204P. No brainer must have for me. Coming from KW, the same dealer that sold the recent Cruwear Millie for under $140 and the 204P Millie for under $150, pricing is th...

Re: Knifeworks M4 PM2!!
Well there goes the forum knife! I'll take one. It goes against everything my collection was founded upon to get a 3rd PM2 in a steel I already have, but...well actually I don't have a CF PM2 yet...rationalization complete! Let's do this! I've been pretty busy lately and haven't followed the forums...

Re: Spyderco dragonfly ti Damascus
How about a slightly contoured & polished dark carbon fibre Dragonfly with a maroon red CF "Tattoo" inlay of a Dragonfly with its wings outspread and also coming with a Damascus blade.
It might possibly sell for more than I might be willing to pay......but then again, maybe not?

Awesome photos in this thread!
I really like the look of that Bradley Bowie as well as the Endeavour for the fixed blades and will probably also pick up a SE all black Aqua Salt and Swick and I think that will be it for me with new fixed blades for a while.

BTW......how about that Endeavour!
That was something completely unexpected......and also a very pleasant surprise!
Hopefully its not insanely priced....... because it would be very difficult to resist buying if it were to be priced in the Southfork ballpark.

Re: Poor man's gentleman's knife?
I think that for your situation rainbow Dragonfly would be one of the best choices. I believe that the Nishijin D'fly is also an awesome little gents knife......but maybe a bit over your limit. The Dragonfly Tattoo is another SS offering that has a nice print on the SS........I think this might be ...

Re: Amsterdam Meet 2015 report of upcoming Spyderco prototypes
Some really impressive knives! Mamba, Ion, Myrtle, Nirvana, gosh I want every one of them. I hope the final Myrtle retains the marble CF, can't think of any production knives that come with that. Fillip's knives usually have impressive scale materials. I really love that marbled CF......if that is ...
