My Native 5 has a bushing in the pivot so I don't know how adjustable it is, its set perfect and probable has thread lock on the screws, so I have no need to mess with it.

I do need the cane I am disabled I just like having options and have studied cane technics for 10 years now so I know enough to...

The worst thing I have ever happen was to a CRK I loaned to a buddy for deer season and when he returned it the blade was so chipped up I was not sure I could get them out. I asked what he used it for and he said to gut and process a few deer. I wish I had some pics but that was long before I even h...

The Domino. It's easier to replace, and the Native is easily worth $50 more. If you sell it in ten years? Well, that forum Millie went for $1000+... :) Wow that's a nice profit, I am leaning towards the Domino right now only because it seems to be easier to draw from my pocket with the ti scale ins...

Any Good Knife Shows In Florida

I have searched the web for knife shows in Florida and all I get are the usually gun and knife shows are there any just knife shows or any seminars on knife handling skills close by. I have not lived here very long and don't know my way around to good so if anyone who lives here has some info on som...

I have been trying both knives out drawing them from my pocket and I have noticed that the Native tends to be harder to draw because of the texture of the G10 scales, sometimes it pulls my pocket inside out, has anyone else had this happen and do you think after carrying for a while it might tend to...

How about keep the Domino, sell the forum knife, buy a regular native 5 with half of the money you get from the sale of the forum knife win, win, win :) Its a option is the Forum knife worth twice as much as a regular Native 5, I would have to get around $260 for the Forum knife to be able to do th...

I would say in your case if you like them both equally carry the Domino and save the forum knife, you will get more for it. Buy a regular Native 5 if you really miss having the Native. I have both the Domino and the Native 5 (Native 5 not the forum native 5) I like both but if I had to choose one, ...

Neither should be a problem keeping dirt out of the pivot, but the Domino, being open backed, will be easier to flush clean over all. Unless you have a specific dirty application in mind, this wouldn't be my personal deciding factor for my EDC. As far as picking one, it may sound like a copout, but...

Native 5 110V or Domino What To Carry

I have been torn between the Native 5 forum and the Domino since I decided to carry a smaller knife than my Tuff. This will be my primary EDC I don't usually rotate my knives so I just can't decide which one to carry, I have had the Domino in my pocket today but I keep getting out the Native and loo...

Deacon, (or should I refer to you as "The Deacon"?), may I ask what your avatar is a picture of? I can't quite tell, and it's been bothering me for a while now. If you don't mind could I guess what it is. I say its a custom knife bolster with scroll engraving and it looks like stag or bon...

I have just decided to carry my Domino today it just kept calling to me. My only concern is how do you keep the internal blade stop clean I know it may never be a issue but after carrying for a while most knives build up pocket lint in and around the pivot and I know you can use compressed air cans ...

Its kind of funny the opening hole was my only issue with Spyderco when I first saw them so I never gave them a chance. Then I saw the Tuff in a store here in Florida and after opening it a few times and seeing the quality of the knife I just had to have it, in fact I liked it so much I bought a sec...
