Fake Native III or not?

Hello, I bought this Native III into a forum. Another Spyder fan tell methat it's a fake model. But a knives shop where I bought a lot of Spydies and who made a quick polish on my native not notice that is a fake. Can you help me to decide if it's a genuine one or not? http://img4.hostingpics.net/pi...

I think I made made amistake in the title, I should write "Diving Spyderco sighting" instead of "Diving Spyderco sight"
If someone can fix this error. And delete this message.

(I know that I made a lot of errors into the message but in the title it's not good, sorry)

Diving Spyderco sighting

Hi guys, Last weekend technical divers and volunteers back to the Infidel wreck around Catalina Island USA to remove ghost nets. Their team goal is to remove all the nets spread on and around the boat. And do you know which tool they use to cut the net? http://img4.hostingpics.net/pics/9521821425331...
