Well I figured it out. They received a small number in and mistakenly put them in the system, they were for some of the preorders. So no Ti Native for me!

I don't think so, The email I received has a screen shot of it showing it was in stock?

I feel your pain, I lost two Southards in about a weeks span. I think I may have remedied the problem, I gave the inside of the clip a pretty rough sand blasting so hopefully it will help.

Great comparison shots. I love my Southard as well, I really have been itching to pick up a Techno. Just not sure about the size yet. The Techno looks like it is a very well made knife just like the Southard, that Taichung factory is really doing a nice job.

What?! Didn't the meat get stuck in your gums? I mean, I had a bowl of tapioca for dinner and I had a heck of a time with all of those little gummy bead-like things getting stuck in my teeth. Boy, a sloppy joe does sound pretty good right about now. So does pizza. And breadsticks. :) Yes it was not...

I had all four of mine pulled at he same sitting. They put me completely out for the procedure. Other than the giant holes in your gums it is not that bad. I even went an ate right after my appointment, mmmm sloppy joe's.

Although I don't own one I would also suggest the Techno, based on the reviews I have seen. The smallest knife I carry is a Ti UKPK, and it does not see much hard use, but it is a capable folder.

Well I have another Southard coming, it was a hard choice between it or the Techno but ultimately I already knew the Southard is a knife that I really like so I bought a used one for a good price. Now to get a deep carry clip so this one does not decide too go MIA. Still think I am going to order a ...

Watching videos gives me a sense of how a knife operates and scale. Often you get a 360 view of if too. Most vids I could get the same out of without narration. I much prefer forum reviews. The content is on average better and the format is easier for me personally. Reviews like Mr Blonde and other...

Sorry to hear about your loss, Stony. :( I've been futunate not to have lost any knives just yet... As for a replacement, may I humbly suggest the Techno? While I've never had the pleasure to own a Southard, the Techno has easily become one of my all-time favorite EDC's. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for...
