Spydiechef proper use - paella 'mare e monti' recipe
So here's a proper use of Spydiechef... and you can use yours too! Just roughly follow some simple instructions: 1. Clean & cut quality mushrooms, porcini preferred. Fry on a big pan with garlic and fresh lemon juice. http://pmgallery.pl/spyderco/pael1_web-1.jpg 2. Chop parsley. Clean some shrim...

Re: Slipjoint mod Para 3
Really cool idea... I'd gladly purchase such a part in metal to install it when I travel to some countries (like Germany). For daily carry so far it's not a problem here in Poland.

Re: My SpydieChef review went live on ITS Tactical (yeah, after months of use)
Nice review. You put a lot of care into your photos. Even your nails are nicely manicured. Hahaha! Thanks! Well, for the last point I use my Victoinox Classic SD, like this one, custom made in Titanium by local maker WoroKnives. And yeah, my Chef is still with me very often. What a knife... WHAT A ...

Re: Techno 2 - quick look and more...
Does it flick open, or is the blade too short? I don't flick open knives at all so my experience is really poor in this regard... Have you handled a Spydiechef? I wonder how the two compare. I absolutely love how thin the Chef is and wonder how much chunkier the Techno 2 is in the pocket. I've got ...

Techno 2 - quick look and more...
So... let me share some initial thoughts after about 3 weeks of carrying and using Techno 2. First of all - it’s easy to spot the similarities between Techno 2 and original one - very close handle shape, overall size, hole positioning vs handle. But it’s actually substantially different knife in per...

Re: Techno vs Techno 2 slicing and cutting performance
Techno 2 has a thinner stock, straighter edge (santoku-style) and edge is generally lower in relation to handle line. It's absolutely better slicer than first Techno.
