Re: BHQ Shaman Exclusive DLC/M4

Didn't realize this was going on. Just happened to check in. I was going to get one of these but picked up a piece of M4 (pm2) a few days ago when I came upon it and couldn't pass it up. Knife budget is wiped out for now... However, I am delighted to see that this isn't a few minute sell-out and peo...

Re: Crazy Good Deals Part 2!!

Not seeing much of the recent discontinued around but came across this: Junction, 50% MSRP, GPKnives. I've also seen a couple on ebay for a few dollars less.

Re: Practical Uses For Hawkbill and Reverse S Blades?

I don't use them, but there is a bird's beak peeling knife used in the kitchen; & I don't look for them, but I've only seen them in plain edge.

Re: Rock Jumper Thread

..... So, my next question, which might be more of an alternate construction idea, is: Could the liners be encapsulated within the FRN scales to prevent corrosion and moisture / debris trapping? Going even further, could metal rods or a metal grid be encapsulated in the FRN scales, a la rebar in co...

Would 3V work? Some here have been asking for it but it doesn't seem to happen.

Re: POLL: What would you prefer: FFG Endura SE (liners, VG10) or FFG Pac Salt 2 SE (no liners, LC200N)?

Being the Delica nut I am, this is an easy one - Salt 2 all the way!!! However, I am fine with SE in H1, and don't see a need for a FFG SE vs the current offering. I would like to see a Salt 2 PE LC200N! It would be a must buy (prefer the yellow handle but black would be ok too). CG I would like to...

Not a great deal, but if anybody is interested KnifeWorks has their PM2 exclusive with CF scales/M4 steel available again...for $229 Yep... not a great deal but doubtful you will ever see it for less. Thanks for the heads up! 47 units, limit of 1. Now down to at least 46 units even though it says 4...

Added to my post above: Get a Chap FRN... :D
I'll second the Chaparral, any configuration.

Para 3 will be a slightly larger footprint than the Delica. More handle same edge. Chaparral a little less handle and edge. UKPK close to the same with choil but no lock.

Re: BHQ Shaman Exclusive DLC/M4

Doesn't a lottery nullify bots??? I like the lottery concept; seems fairest. Lottery open for x number of days before drawing winners ... everyone can get their entry submitted, doesn't matter what time it is, where you are in the world, what you're work schedule is, or if technology is functioning ...

Native 5 CPM154/S90V Sprint with peel-ply carbon fiber scales.. love that knife! I enjoy the added heft over the linerless Natives.. a little extra, but still not too heavy (for me).. Among the Natives, this is the one I like best. I like the heft of the blade and the balance of the knife . I purch...

Are we counting skeletonized liners? In that case, the frn delica definitely has my vote. If we're talking full beefy liners then I've gotta put in another vote for the pakkawood delica.
+1 for the frn Delica!
