Mix the original bolstered micarta handle with the later flat grind blade and it would be great. I am not so sure about this. In my book original C83 Persian is one of best looking Spydercos ever produced. And lines of hollow grind contribute to this. Change this to ffg and part of the beauty will ...

Hopefully the new one thats on its way will be tight. As for the gap happy one it will go back to spyderco if they see fit to replace, if not sold to someone who wont mind it.
