I really like the upswept Moran. I was raised using upswept hunting knives and find the Moran with its thin blade works like a charm.

I have all the Hossoms and the Dayhiker had the best edge that I have ever seen from the factory. The others needed to be stropped to get to a screaming sharp edge. They are easy to maintain and the ergos are great.

If it doesn't feel right then it probably isn't. We all know whose design things are; if you are willing to compromise your own principles to save a few bucks on a knockoff then I feel really sorry for you.

I have only been buying sprints lately; regular production is always available but often there is only a few days to get a sprint run.

I think that Albert's wife would be better served with silence. She has done the St. Louis organization a big disservice through her bitterness. The Angels overpaid, in my opinion, and will find that Pujols will be a shadow of his former self by the end of the contract.

I feel that 1095 is the perfect steel. Saying this I have no interest in any knife from this company.

I too must be a lucky man as my wife never questions my purchases. I have bought too many knives to count but she is a collector as well and realizes the joy that I get out of each and every new Spyderco.

I have a box of pocket clips that I have removed. If I am going to carry a knife I immediately remove the clip. The only user I have with a clip is a Stretch 2 that I made a leather sheath for and the clip helps it stay in one place in the sheath.

I can't see where lock strength would ever be an issue so ease of use is much more important. I would just as soon all folders were slip joints as far as lock strength goes.

I won't buy a knife with a round hole that isn't a Spyderco: I won't buy from a knife company that has copied the round hole without permission either.

I have 48 right now and my acquisitions have slowed in the last couple of years. I am sticking to sprints of Golden models now unless I see something that I just have to own. I usually keep my eyes on pro-grips that I see on the bay but I haven't scored on one in a long time.

I would only be interested in common steels: 1095, Sandvik 12c27, D2, ATS 34, 5160. All of these steels are affordable in productions and customs so I would really like to compare them in the same blade geometry and sharpness.

I have a 12 foot entertainment center that is half full of knives in boxes. There are 2 glass doored cupboards that I use for display purposes that I have about 100 knives in and the rest are stored in boxes in the blacked out sections.
