Re: Spyderco Engraving by Joanne Ryall

Hi folks, Some people are Plumbers & some, Electricians. Me...? I scratch metal! (and love it) :) I’m also new to the forum, so thought I’d introduce myself with Cricket that I recently completed engraving. . 1B780EE6-A6E5-454A-B89B-1648E9BBBB88.jpeg Happy New Year to you all. 🎉 Welcome & H...

I have all the pendants made so far, plus a few Hummingbirds so I'm not going to stop if another one is made. Oh, and of course I have 3 daughters and a wife that will want one.
Any chance of a pendant group photo?

I know I am very late on the reply. Did you already sort it out?
If not, you could modify one of MXG gear's clips like I did.
Got a picture of that? Sounds cool!
If you search "McBee Super-Deep Carry" you will find my mod.

Re: Does anyone know of a deep carry clip...

Indeed! The MXG Gear deep carry clip for the Native 5 FRN fits the L'il Native Lockback perfectly! - only caveat is to use the original L'il Native screws, the MXG gear ones are a tad to long. http://www.albertatimeservices.ca/photos/mxg_lil_native_3.jpg http://www.albertatimeservices.ca/photos/mxg...

Re: Does anyone know of a deep carry clip...

Have you tried MXG gear? I believe it is the Chinese New Year right now, so they might not answer your email til' they come back. Although I don't own a L'il Native Lockback, I do believe it uses a standard screw pattern. You could make a post asking specifically about the L'il Native lockback screw...

Re: D’allara 3 plunger swap?

Welcome johnduwe.
I don't have either knife, so I can only be of extremely limited help. I know Flytanium makes ball cages for Manix 2, so maybe you can approach them with your idea for a metal plunger. I believe it's worth a shot.

I'd be in for a pendant knife. Nice "short stack" of Spydies. 👍
I wonder what it would look like with a K2 as the bottom layer?

Re: Pendant knife

That mini Ti Police pendant from back-in-the-day was cool. It would be awesome if Spyderco would bring out a few miniatures made of the same materials as their full size counterparts. I'd be up for a nano fluted Ti Military, a nano Techno, & a nano Crucarta Shamen. 😎

Re: Straight Razor from Spyderco

Where I live, it is illegal to EDC a straight razor. It really makes no sense because we can EDC any other single edge regardless of size. I suppose the law was written so that people aren't walking around with "throat cutters".☺ I suppose the only way to make it less like a traditional st...

The Spyderco bug would look fine right next to the Slysz maker's mark. Although some might think the "billboarding" would be too cluttered that way.

This is the one we’re talking about right? Love the look of this thing, lefty friendly carry option please. 2EE94B43-E34F-4871-9336-F32896184526.jpeg I can see a tip-up wire clip left or right as a good-look. I can see how a wire clip is probably the best candidate for this one although I much pref...

Re: Spyderco Custom Shop

One benefit to this idea would be the availability, unlike the sprints & exclusives that do not let people get a chance to own a knife that they really want.
