Sprint run Mini Mariner

As many of you already know, I've been on the hunt for a Mini Mariner for a long time now. It's very unlikely that there are enough of them out there for me to finally own one. And the people that do have one or more, will most likely not gonna part with them :o So, I was wondering.... Is there any ...

What I loved about the GALLEY V system was those "Cat's Eye" stones. They are almost perfect for the Dodo and most plain edged Hawkbills for final blade finishing. Those "Cat's Eye" stones are so versatile and if the GAUNTLET is equiped with something similar or just like it I w...

I'll be keeping my eye out for any updates on this system.
The design of the Galley V was perfect for some blade lengts and shapes.
A resurrection of this sharpening system with some enhancements would be more than welcome on this side :D

I haven't modded mine, but I too think it would be amazingly easy and the knife would benefit from it ;)
I wanted to give it walnut scales and maybe burn the :spyder: into the wood :D

Roses are violets, Red is blue. I like knives. ...knives. Close enough :D Let's try a bit harder this time :p From the dawn of mankind, there was one thing to grind, and we wore it with courage and pride. This tool we now had, has kept us ahead, no matter what a beast tried. Thousands of years have...

Sal, please help...

So, I think you're the last person that might be able to help with this. For the past years I've been looking low and high for one particular knife. The very few times (twice) I saw it on sites like eBay, the seller didn't ship to the Netherlands... I had to see my grail go for a painfully low amoun...

Ok, this stuff is just going too far...
Copying successful models is one thing,
but this is a whole new level of sad.

I would love for all those bogus factory's to burn to the ground.
Minus the people working there :p

A question to Sal and forum members as a last resort...

Sal and perhaps some of the forums members out there are my last resort by now... For the past three to four years I've been hunting down knives, but 1 in particular. After seeing two of them show up on eBay and Amazon I was a happy camper; untill I found out they didn't ship to the Netherlands :( T...

I think it'll be a little more friendly looking to our non-knife people :P
