I only have a few knives, but I'm happy. Am I crazy?
Hey all, I've been thinking about my "collection" lately and it's paltry compared to what a lot of your guys have. But, the thing is, I like carrying the ones that I have an awful lot. The ones that get the most pocket time are my Spyderco PM2, Spyderco Native 5 G-10, and my newly acquired...

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Got a G-10 Native 5 in the mail. Can't wait. I think this will help subdue my knife habit for a while.

Re: My first Benchmade...
Thanks for the replies. I'm glad that some Spydie guys can appreciate a knife made by another company. This one feels so smooth. What's funny, is when I lay the BM next to my PM2, it looks so elegant and the PM2 looks very utilitarian. However, the BM was designed for a much different purpose than t...

PM2 - Front or Rear pocket?
Hello all. I've been carrying the PM2 I recently got and can't decide which way to carry it, front or rear pocket. I have been used to carrying knives in the right rear pocket of my pants for years. However, last night I got another knife as a gift that is set up for tip up right hand only. that kni...

My first Benchmade...
Last night my wife surprised me for my birthday with a new knife. She got me a Benchmade 15060-2, their Grizzly Hunt model. I'm an avid woodworker, so when she saw the knife with the "wood" handles, she knew I'd love it. Which I do. Anyhow, on to the knife. I really like this thing. The ac...

Re: Position of Clip/Carry
I recently switched my PM2 to a tip up. I like to keep the sine of the blade against the outer seam of my jeans pocket. I carry in the right rear pocket of all my pants. When I get my Dragonfly, I'll carry it in the coin pocket of my jeans.

Re: PM2 - Too large to EDC?
So......it arrived today! Wow, is all I can say. Why I waited so long to join the PM party is beyond me. I'm at the office now and have been looking at it non-stop since noon! It truly is a work of art, but in a solid functional sort of way. I'm going to carry it for a few days to get a feel for it,...

Re: Delica G-10 scales; recommendations please
Update. I ended up taking some of the $ I had set aside for knives and ended up getting a FRN Dragonfly so I could put the rest of the $ towards my very first PM2.

Re: PM2 - Too large to EDC?
Thanks guys. Apologies for asking the same questions in two different threads. I didn't realize I asked the same questions twice. My PM2 has been shipped from knifehog.com so I should have it by week's end. I'm not sure if you guys would be interested, but I'd be happy to do a review from a "PM...

PM2 - Too large to EDC?
Hi all. I recently ordered a PM2 but now am starting to second guess myself. I don't have it in my hands yet, should be here today or tomorrow, but I'm wondering if I ordered too much knife. Right now, I EDC a Delica and a Cold Steel American Lawman. I like the size of both of them, but I think the ...

My first PM2; should I be scared?!
Hi folks. I'm not sure what came over me, but when I was getting ready to order my Dragonfly, I saw the PM2 online and couldn't help myself. So I ordered one instead of the DFly. My biggest concern with the PM2 is the blade staying in the handle when the knife is closed. On my lockback knives the bl...

Re: Delica G-10 scales; recommendations please
Thanks guys for everything. Change of plans; I'm going to get myself a knife I've been lusting after for a while. I'm taking the $ I was going to spend on the Delica scales and get myself a G-10 Dragonfly. I know a lot of guys like big "man sized" knives, but to be honest with you, when I'...

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll have a look at some of the recommendations tonight. I'm thinking orange G-10 would look very cool. I'll have to search the pic forum and see what shows up.

Delica G-10 scales; recommendations please
Howdy folks. Longtime Spydie fan but new forum member. I've fallen in love with my Delica 4 all over again. I can't believe I've not been carrying this knife for a long time. I've had it in my hands for the last several days and for the life of me can't see what "lead me astray!" I'd like ...
