Re: Military M4 vs 110v

So far, I'm hearing M4 has the "edge"! Couldn't help myself :)

Military M4 vs 110v

So I've pretty much decided that I need a Military with the CQI. I'm on the fence between the M4 version and the 110v. I know the M4 version is a limited edition, but taking that fact out, which would you choose and why?

Thanks all!

I'm inclined to go along with this. Manix 3 XL CBBL, 4 inch blade (minimum) and of course .145 thick blade, in at least s110v, with sprint runs in cru-wear and maxamet to follow ;)

This is a win!

I think it would be cool but what we NEED is a waved wharncliffe endura :)

Re: Lum Tanto...Yes or No

I think the marbled carbon fiber from the myrtle would be an awesome option too.

Yes! I'd be ok with G-10 even. Just really want a tuff.

i know I cannot be the only one holding out hope that this happens. So many awesome ideas have been presented. I wonder which option had the highest likelyhood of making it into production?

Re: Lum Tanto...Yes or No

I'm normally not the biggest fan of the peel ply cf, but I think it could work on this. I just hope for a color combo that keeps it classy, nothing too bright.

Re: H1 Fix

So here are some more comparison shots between the Aqua Salt and the JM2. I would love to see a plain edge of this, maybe in LC200N? I've heard that it has better edge retention than H1 for plain edge knives, but I'm just going off of things I've read. http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/h406/levs18...

Re: C60 GP Sprint Run: Ayoob

All this discussion about oldies, like the Lum tanto folder, has really got me pumped. I would be in for one of these as well if they were re-released. G-10 handles and I don't care about the blade steel. The angle of the blade in relation to the handle makes this an amazing defensive/offensive/comb...

Re: Lum Tanto...Yes or No

Sal, thank you! Also, please no metal handle. I would love canvas micarta scales but dark colored G10 would be almost as great. For the steel, I would prefer something other than VG10, s30v, or s35vn. HAP40, M4, 3v, K390, CRUWEAR, or M390 all sound great to me. This is really exciting! I've lusted a...

I'm in, regardless of steel. My preference would be for something a bit more unique though, like hap40 or super blue.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the JM2 http://i1314.photobucket.com/albums/t562/ThePeacent/Mobile%20Uploads/2016-08/CAM04104_zpsxrausvs8.jpg I own most Salts and I am a true Aqua Salt lover, and while I also dig the JM a lot I'd rather have it pointy like the other 2 http://i1314.photobucket.com...

H1 Fix

I've really been enjoying Spyderco's fixed blades and just picked up 2 more. I've had the Aqua Salt for a while but the Rock Salt and Jumpmaster 2 are brand new. Both feel great in hand. I'm hoping that we see the Jumpmaster 2 in some other steels and configurations, it has an amazing feel and in ha...
