Welcome aboard! As a new member, your first few posts are moderated, so I'm bumping to the top for more exposure.

I think that your knife might have been a store display knife. See if the store will exchange it or take it back. It's too much money to keep it if you are not happy with it.

The Native is not for everyone, nothing fits everyone. Find someone who needs a good knife and gift it to them.

I do NOT have tools from these people (yet), but they made more short list when I was looking for quality tools.

These guys makes some strong, long lasting tools. https://roguehoe.com/ I have the scuffle hoe and a hoe/pick from them. They should last several lifetimes. "Each hoe is hand-crafted – 100% made in the USA – from recycled agricultural disc blades. Each tool boasts a high grade tempered steel an...

Re: I'm in love with Ultem...

In my reading I found that some Ultem material from a certain country is not of the highest quality. Just like blades steels, you can mark it anyway you want, but it doesn't make the material match the label.

Created an account on the Spydersite within the past hour to purchase this Mule, along with scales and a sheath, only to be hit with the non-verifiable information, or linked to fraud jargon during billing & shipping information being input for checkout. No VPN. Literally just created the accou...

To be fair, vivi has an interesting observation and is just asking a question. It did not appear to be Grammar policing, to me at least.

I did laugh at the posted image, however.

I’ll jump if they make a 5” in 45 colt and birdshead. 🤠 45 auto version is also acceptable. 👴🏻

Re: Henry Big Boy revolvers

All the newcomers like Kimber, Henry, and yes, the new Colt all cost more than Ruger and Smith partly because they have to pay for the designs and tooling costs to set up new the new product lines. If Smith and Ruger are too expensive, these new guys will be more. You have to get lucky on used or st...

I think a steel in the AEB-L range at high hardness would be an excellent candidate for this model in the future.
Thanks for posting that. When us Non-SMEs post something like that we get the ol' evil eye. You, as a known SME, will carry more weight when you post about AEB-L.

Re: I'm in love with Ultem...

It can have embedded fiber in the mix, just like FRN/FRCP. Looks like the black version would be welcomed more easily.

Re: I'm in love with Ultem...

Apparently there is a range of Ultem and it's made by more than one company. Colors can be black or range from well hydrated golden yellow to severely dehydrated dark yellow-orange. :hushed-face This might explain some of the varying results people are seeing. I have my eye on one scale set now, but...

Order Success! Either Spyderco has upgraded their ordering system, or there's less competition for the AEB-L mule.

Re: MT37P - AEB-L Mule Team Dropping Soon

Will there be a one, two, or other per household purchase limit on this mule release? I’m debating between trying to purchase two or three if that is allowed for this AEB-L mule. This mule would make a good gift for a couple of my friends, as well as keeping one for my personal use. Hi, Davidspeed1...
