Paramilitary 1st Impressions
This is a sweet knife. The lock is just great, it locks up positively and yet is easy to disengage with an index finger. It doesn't have the same satisfying sound as it locks the Military seems to. The blade length seems perfect for EDC; no one should get too over excited by this knife. I only cut u...

I bought a black SE dodo last week. Used it to cut everything, boxes, cables, cans, plastic bottles. It is wonderful; it does fit the hand well and I exeperineced no fatiguew while cutting. Brought it home after my trip and got it very sharp on the 204 in no time. I wish I had picked up a black PE t...

Hi Dave. I had the same concerns about drawing the ronin from the neck sheath. With practice that became less of an issue for me. What I did find was that I need to be very careful when putting the ronin back in the sheath. For me, I seem to have to line up the knife perfectly so that the tip doesn'...

The Ronin is a nice knife. I tend to wear it around the house on the neck and keep it on my bedside table. It takes an edge on the sharpmaker in seconds. I managed to get stab into a phone book about 1/2 an inch with no problems, the choil gives a alot of confidence when stabbing and during normal u...

Yes, the Spyderco Factory Outlet in Wheat Ridge. There seemed to be plenty of SE and PE available. When I got the first knife I was going to purchase, I was unhappy with the amount of play in the blade and the gentleman went into the back and brought out another SE. I added a note very good picture.

Black Dodo 1st Impressions
I went by the SFO today on my way to visit my company's office in Golden. I intended to pick up a grey calypso. When I got there, the Black Dodo caught my eye. Personally, I have always regarded the Dodo as rather ugly, but kind of cool. So I asked to check one out and immediatley knew this was a ni...
