I almost bought the Smock but the store I went to didn’t have a new one so I passed. Then I got side tracked and bought other knives. I would love it in red though.

But just be aware, at some places (like Knife Center) if you pre-order multiple knives at a time, they won't ship until they're all in stock....

I’m fairly new to knives so I’m still in the honeymoon stage. I love all my knives and I carry 2-3 in my purse at a time. Hey you never know what you will need them for. But if I’m the same with my knives as I am with my purses then I don’t think I can just carry one knife for a whole month!

2. Delica Pink because it’s so beautiful

3. Sage 1 because I like the handle

4. Para 2 because I love the flag

My normal recommendation would be the Santoku, K04 serrated utility and the K09 paring knife. I might add a pair of Z-Cut's, plain and serrated.
