I like KC's "Cyber Humpday" idea, but could only find Spyderco Embassy (2 models), Bug, and Honeybee, on the 12th of 13pp (alphabetical) :) Did you check their extended Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales? I did and ended up with both a Titanium Chaparral and a Victorinox Signature for un...

I used my PM2 to open a box containing two more boxes. The two boxes contained a Cricket and a Dragonfly, and they also needed to be opened using the PM2, because they were sealed with tape. The Cricket is for me and the Dragonfly is a gift for my daughter.

yowzer or remnar, how does the bolt action lock compare to the Manix2 ball bearing lock (if you've tried the Manix)? I've only handled the Manix 2 in the store. For me the lock on the Sage is easier to manipulate. I found the lock on the Manix to be hard to grip and very stiff. That is probably the...

Did you check the reviews at Amazon? How many people have reviewed this seller and what was their overall rating? I try to stay away from sellers without thousands of people rating them as favorable (90+ rating).

I just opened a package with my PM2 and then slipped a Sage 3 into my pocket for the first time. :) Only time will tell if the PM2 ever makes it back into my pocket. :D

They are starting to show up. I've seen them at Sportsman's Warehouse (That's where I got mine), and if you come on over to the West side, then check at SportCo in Fife. They had one yesterday.

Thanks eric. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Is there anyone here that carves their turkey with a Spyderco? I usually carve the turkey at my grandmothers house with an old electric knife. Maybe this year I should just whip out my PM2.

There's a local sporting goods store that will have 20% off all knives one day in December. I'll be checking out their inventory to see what Spydies they have. I know they had a Stretch a couple of weeks ago, so that may be the one.

ZDP Ladybug. A few minor cut myself from underestimating the knife over and over, even if I know how sharp it is. One that did require a few days to heal with lot of blood. Oh and few co-workers who laughed at me when I drew it out of my pocket, saying : "I asked for a knife, not a toy!" ...

This recently happened to me. I just moved and still have most of my stuff in boxes stacked in the garage. I couldn't find my Pro-Venator that I've owned and carried for close to 18 years. I don't think the knife has any substantial value other than sentimental, but it was driving me crazy. I kept l...

What is this? I know now what it is, but before Saturday I don't think that I had seen one before. It is well designed for its intended purpose. http://i689.photobucket.com/albums/vv251/winkler_chad/DSCN0858_zps51033976.jpg http://i689.photobucket.com/albums/vv251/winkler_chad/DSCN0862_zps897feb86.j...

Funny, I just mentioned to my wife yesterday that I saw this Sage 1 that I would love for Christmas. This is very unusual because I rarely ask for anything. The best part though is that my daughter spoke up and said, wouldn't that be a better present for your birthday in a couple of weeks. I love he...
