It's shocking how easily this serrated H1 sharpens. I was doing it with a little Lanksy triangle sharpener thing for a while, but the Sharpmaker makes it silly quick to sharpen this thing. Sal For President! But, but, but, it can't be true. Serrated knives are SO hard to sharpen. :winking-tongue

Agreed! That's one thing that I really like about H1 as far as more modern steels go. I always love the look of a good patina but never liked the idea of having to wipe down or "take care" of my pocket knife. So the scratching on the H1 (which happens very easily) along with dying the yell...
