I was really looking forward to buying a manbug, until I saw it next to a ladybug. I don't why, but I expected the manbug to be a bit bigger, I was really disappointed that it is not. The blade shape is okay with me, but I was really hoping for a bigger little knife. No big deal, I have two ladybug...

I be more interested in a PE Hawkbill Manbug. But I'd buy a ladybug PE also :)

My leaning would still be an FRN version, different color handle, maybe an odd steel. I would probably opt for the "new" style tip on the grounds that, as mentioned, you can reshape the tip if you want to, but broken tips were too much of a CS issue. Maybe we can find a custom maker here ...

It would be great if they came out with a H1 version and made the handles Translucent Yellow OH YEAH!

Large Jester Blade PE, Superleaf Handle, Smooth Toxic Green G-10 :D

Here are my thoughts:

Bolsters, Blue G-10, Smooth (like the Red G-10 Persian)
VG-10 or Super Blue

The worst cut I had with a Spyderco was with my SS Endura. It closed on my index finger near the nail and man did it hurt. Ouch :eek:

I keep my spydies in a pelican case. I watched a video on YouTube of a guy who stored his expensive knives in one of the bigger pelican cases so I figured I would do the same. I bought the 1300 which is a much smaller case but the way I have it setup I can fit 27 knives plus a few at the very bottom...
