Today's tour starts with a covid check at the front desk ... questions and forehead temperature scan!!! Also, knives are sanitized after handling and before they are returned to the case!!!!!! I suspect the rest minus new models is the same as before ... but the displays do move around from time to ...

Reminds me of a bowl of Jolly Rancher hard candy! Apple green is what comes to mind, but it does work for many of the other colors.

D4 FRN my weakness and I did mention in a post a while back that I'd likely purchase anything delica frn damascus ... ordered! (That's 10 D4 for this year) Pic colors look different depending where you look so not certain what to expect.

I don't really follow this steel much because I personally don't really have a need a for it, nor has it been offered in models I'm interested in. But isn't the edge retention kind of middle of the pack? If so, I'd say SE models is the way to go. Kind of like PE/SE with H1? I'm still thinking VG10 ...
