Most missed knife I've traded away was my very last swap with my friend Gadi Billous before his tragic death a PE Viele. The good news is it went to another great friend of mine Jeff/1911 and it may be coming home soon I also s...

About a year ago I went EKI crazy and got most of the line up at 1 time or the other. I still have a Specwar A & B and a Super commander. The rest were traded away for s or B/Ms, I never owned the B/M CQC so I have no real ...

SS Police

Hi guys, I'm looking at a possible swap for a certian SS Police and was wondering how rare a combo edged version was in VG-10? I know I've never seen 1 before, if so is this model flat ground like the later model G-10 specimen? I just can't seem to resist the looks of the Police and the Rookie <img ...

Hi Chux, I can send you detailed pics on how I do it if you'd like. With the Delica or Endura I always lower the blade spine about 20 deg. This keeps if from (jumping) the pocket lip which it will do w/o the spine lowered. I'll see what pics I have saved on a disk and mail you, and will be more than...

I agree 100% the 6A is the most consistant I've ever seen, all our worries about it being a price point steel are totally senseless. I have 2 SS Delica PE in it and would have no qualms about buying more. The whole crew at <im...

All great advice guys, I agree the 1 you practice the most with is the 1 you need to have with you at all times. When I have time in my schedule I'm slowly learning martial blade work from a very seasoned former Army Ranger. And while it's not the most aestetecly pleasing looking knife, I've found t...

Stevie, I'm curious about something.
How does S/F handle the lockside coverage on the conversion?
I can't tell from the pics if its a gem or a metall finish on the back side. thanks, Ron

Thanks all, IMO this is the single best modification I do. Chux, yes it does increase the grip tremendously, even wet it gets a tacky feel. Remember I'm using the back side of the carbon fiber sheet, it has a pattern almost like a diamond which is raised. I can get it in several colors, the 1 pictur...

My SS Police is exactly 0.395 thick, it's quite a bit slimmer than the G-10 or the C/F versions. Happy new year everyone, Ron

What I believe to be the answer for SS

Hi all, I think I've found the answer to the age old question floating around here about making SS Spydies more user friendly. This is C/F sheet bonded permenatly to the scales of a SS Delica, instead of using the shiney slick side out, what I do is use the backside which has a texture not unlike th...
