Knife-bst.com and the B/S/T forums over at BladeForums.com are good places to trade or find rare and discontinued models.
IMO you can't go wrong adding a Delica to your list.

I'll agree...the Military is very good the way it is...that's why I've carried one for 8 years.... :D Honestly, what do you feel would be the benefit of a thicker blade? How much thicker? I would hate to see it wind up with the same atrocious tip shape of the E4 just for the sake of a thicker blade/...

Dereelight make LED dropin's that will work in a G2. I converted all my Surefire's that take P60's or P90's to Dereelight dropin's a while ago. How are they working out for you? Have a link to where you got them from? ETA: I found their website, unfortunately their US distributor doesn't have any i...

When will we see an update Military?
Now that the Para 1 has been refined and we've seen the finished product, the Para 2, is there any idea as to when we will finally see a re-designed Military? Is this someting that is still in the works or has it been put on the back burner for the time being? What improvements are being considered?...

LED Drop-In for SureFire G2
Could anyone recommend an LED drop-in for an older SF G-2 incan? Something that doesn't require modding or replacing of head assembly/lens...Doesn't have to be the brightest or the best, I'm just looking for extending run times of my CR123's. Thanks!

I agree...BOP's aren't 100% fail-safe...they are mechanical devices that can fail, especially if not properly tested and maintained to ensure that they do work. Even so, there is still a chance of failure. Also, relief wells don't stop blow outs; they only give you a way to kill the well in the even...
Damages in excess of $75 million would be paid for by the government with money from a tax on oil designed for just such a purpose. BP did state at the hearings that they would reimburse the government for all liability expenses in excess of the 75 million so that the fund would not have to be used...
Drilling for oil isn't as risky as it is being portrayed. The cap has nothing to do with the industry being unsafe....it's an incentive for companies to drill and produce more at a decreased liability if an accident does happen...State and local governments combined make billions of dollars (the ave...
Really interesting stuff - but pretty much as I had guessed - BP just need to get on and do it. Do you know how these fields normally work? Will the new wells actually reduce the pressure enough to seal off the broken riser completely or is it just a matter of letting BP get the oil out a different...
Simply stated, a BOP should NOT fail IF they are properly maintained and IF they are tested like they are supposed to be to ensure that there are no problems. Keep in mind though, that there IS a chance that there may have been more pressure introduced into the system than the BOP was rated to handl...
Yeah, I never quite understood companies doing this kind of PR campaign before they've even fixed the problem. When they have fixed the leak, cleaned up the sea and recompensed the people who have lost money - then they can blow their trumpet and say how good they are. I'm sure this leak could have...

Personally I am big on the Assist, but I guess it depends on your friend. The Assist is heavier, yes, but if your friend (like me) isn't too worried about the extra weight it still could be a winner. I'd also like to JBE's post about sweat being the only item corrsive to blades. I think hunters on ...
