Re: Sun/Moon Chappy
I am excited to try a Chapparal because I haven't owned one before and I really like the theme with this particular design. And it's also a huge plus that this is a regular production knife that I have longer than a three minute window to buy. I am sure you'll love it!!! And will be amazed what a 2...

Re: Sal, may I ask: Any plans for an Endura (or Pac Salt) SE in FFG?
Just for illustration: I have this old (and low quality) pic, comparing the Endela SE blade to the Endura PE blade: An Endura SE ffg with the same serration pattern as the Endela SE could essentially have serrations over the whole length of the Endela blade PLUS about the same amount of PE section ...

Re: Caly 3.5 Light Weight: Any News?
I would love to see the Caly made in Golden, but Taichung would be amazing too! Especially if it used the same grey FRN as the Chap lightweight and was similarly textured. The Taichung FRN is probably my favourite

Just picked this up from the post office :)
I have to say, I am quite a fan of the shade of blue used on this model. Can't wait for the Manix LW now!

Broke down and got an Endura wharnie with teeth :D
It will be my first real experience with SE, so I am excited! SE Endela and Delica wharnie to follow soon too, I am sure

Colour is pretty important to me, but usually doesn't stop me from getting models that I am interested in. Overall, I like when we have lots of colour options for models

Re: Cookware Pt II,,,,seasoning your cast iron???
I just use mine normally. I have never bothered baking them. I only wash with paper towels and hot water. If I need to scrape I use a plastic scraper. I never scrape with metal and almost never use soap. Same here, I've just let seasoning buildup through using the pan. Wash with water and a sponge ...
