Re: POLL: Gayle Bradley 1 Sprint...Yea or Nay???

I can safely say the GB1 is my favourite locking folder, but it does get pushed out of my pocket by Pacific & Atlantic Salts when I need more corrosion resistance. LC200n would make it perfect. This was my line of thinking as well... I wouldn't have to demand full RUST PROOF with H1 or LC200N.....

POLL: Gayle Bradley 1 Sprint...Yea or Nay???

I replied to a post about the GB1 over on BF and it got me to thinking... I really appreciate the design and philosophy of use built into this model by Gayle Bradley. Just thought it'd be interesting to see if there'd be much interest from the Spydermaniacs for a Sprint Run. Vote and then post up in...

Re: Why i choose serrated

Hi Marius, We're considering a new Salt handle for the Pacific Salt, made like the Salt 2. sal please consider keeping the blades interchangeable with the Pac. Salt 1, because that knife handle is perfection for me, thank you... don't need no skeletonized FRN, don't want no torx fasteners, backspac...

Re: RN or CF Chaparral?

RN Chappy is the mutt's nuts...however the handles can't be bookmatched and sometimes they look unbalanced with one side having a lot of stunning mesh and the other side looking like a <mostly> empty aquarium. CF version is one of the best slicers in the Spyderco lineup. I own both! ;) But I'd try t...

Nukes have long been a bargaining chip for NK...They've becomed conditioned like Pavlov's dog that once they start barking, the world tosses them some kibble...I feel like it's the same even today. The only catch is that the current POTUS seems to have taken a hard line against any kind of a subsidy...

Re: The Militaries; What Spyderco Does Very Well

Military is a "Big Little Knife..." Nice distal taper makes it great for cutting into even the most obstinate material. It's slim thanks to the nested liners and Walker liner lock, and they aren't pocket anchors. And in the tip down configuration, it's my go-to back pocket knife. It's a ve...

Re: Complaint Retraction (yes i occasionally eat crow)

Still not a fan of FRCP of the LW Manix line, either... The LW Natives do "feel" and "sound" different from the old school FRN models...but I think we've nearly decided it is on account of the skeletonized handles on the Gen 5's-- not the FRN formulation. Regardless, they're stil...
