Re: Flicking Wear
I don't think you will ever hurt it. I keep a knife of some kind on my Coffee Table all the time in fact I refer to whatever as my Coffee Table knife. I have an old German Eye large lock back Sodbuster whish is the most perfect back pocket knife I have ever found. Every time I open this knife I pop ...

Re: Front flippers
I love them and think they should be on all tacticals along with a flipper, thumb hole, Emerson opener or something similar, and a full flat ground blade with enough steel above the handles that you can grasp the blade anywhere and pull it open. When you limit a tactical to only one method of openin...

Re: Recommend Me a Truck
I think the most practical truck made is the Toyota Per Runner. Its like a small SUV with a bed on the back. Mount a toolbox inside the bed put one of the tubular tailgates in place that you flip over to extend the bed and you have a perfect setup. Going on a trip secure your luggage in the back sea...

Re: AR carbine for home defense
You can't rely on just one single gun for home defense especially if you live In the boonies like I do. I think I would have to say that I pretty much agree with everyone. The AR15 is a safe gun by that I mean gun safe. Because of theft and the price of a decent AR its no something you're going to l...

Re: The Mamba
Its a good looking knife and they actually got the pocket clip mounted correctly for tip up carry, However I will have to see and hand one to form a final opinion. Too many of the tactical knives limit the used to one and only one method of opening which severely handicaps the user.

Re: Tighe
I knew I would think of something else later and I forgot to mention that the back of about 99% of knives is perfectly rounded and smooth . That's to provide a smooth comfortable surface for your hand to glide over as you go in and out of your pocket. This a a good knife with the potential to be a g...

Re: Tighe
No I won't be owning one of these. I went from wanting one of these so bad I could hardly stand it to saying you couldn't give me one free if I had to keep it as soon as the guy in the video turned the knife over where I could see the clip. There is no reason whatsoever to mount a pocket clip for ti...

I can't believe Spyderco has ruined another fantastic knife with tip down only pocket clip. This is the best looking I've seen in a long time but as I always do when looking at another knife to buy I went to you tube to watch some reviews . However the only one I was able to find shows what appears ...

Re: Knife Noob Deciding On First EDC
By far the best edc Spyderco has ever made is the Caly 3.5 in G10/VG10. however just one won't do because that blade is too pointy for say cleaning under your nails etc. You need the Caly 3.5 in your rf pocket if right handed, a Dragonfly on your keychain with a small ring attached to a large ring, ...
