Has Spyderco ever released an actual machete?? I'd be very interested, use my Kershaw Camp 10 all the time. Would love a Spyderco!

I've added a few knives to the page. No pictures posted yet, but if you're around here enough, you've seen them!

Re: Calypso Jr Sprint Run Considerations
I'd really like to give this model another go but the QC would have to be a massive step up from the grey VG10 I purchased maybe 15+ years ago. The scales splayed out either side of the blade and there was an epic amount of blade play. It was literally the worst Spyderco I've ever seen. Such a sham...

Re: Upping the price.
Could be a blessing in disguise. Chances are if you're on this forum, you've already got more than enough knives in your collection to keep you busy/happy as it is...you just don't know it yet. Based on the poll that was going around a couple weeks ago, the amount of people scooping up 15+ knives a ...

Re: Upping the price.
Certainly but beware of the apologists/fanatics on this forum. They will ceaselessly defend the inflation and blame you for everything. ... Not sure what / whom you´re talking about (honestly!) :thinking I rarely or even never hear anyone "defend the inflation" - it (the inflation) is a b...

Guardian 3 Wharnie for the win!! Do you find the 'tab' on the g-clip digs in at all? I found it uncomfortable in vehicles, and build a spandex strap that I use instead. Yes! Sometimes when crouching and opening packages I could feel it digging into my groin area, or sitting on the forklift and lean...

Feeling the pocket sword today. https://i.postimg.cc/zvLmdDzV/20240216-075852.jpg i realize you may be the wrong person to ask since i think you prefer the mil1 to the mil2 and don't like lightweights, but do you think you'd prefer the military 2 or native chief salt? i think we have similar ergono...

Re: Fixed blade EDC
I've used it many times at work in the warehouse for over the course of 3-4 years and never had any issues. Most of the time you're performing pull cuts vs push cuts, so lack of a guard really isn't a problem. A lot of the time I'd be wearing cut resistant gloves as well. Great little workhorse thou...
