Used the Para 3 LW to cut off the tops of the leaves on these leeks I harvested today. Before that it cut up a bunch of pumpkin flesh to go into the freezer.

Re: 2020 Spyderco Forum Calendar Contest!
Knife: HAWKBILL BYRD™ FRN Black BY22BK I have always liked the idea of inexpensive tools that work for a living. Sure, I have a bunch of nice and much more expensive Spyderco knives. There's just something about a good inexpensive tool that doesn't need too much maintaince. Spyderco outdid themselve...

Make this happen for sure! Yes, that's the one I'm talking about. These were very interesting at the Spydie m...

Re: Byrd Hawkbill
Not really. It's really made to be used and it takes any job like a champion. It's inexpensive, well built, and if it breaks you can just get a new one without breaking the bank. I don't think I'll end up breaking it anytime soon though. Just a barebones tool that does its job very well. I respect i...

Re: Byrd Hawkbill
The value you get with the Byrd Hawkbill is truly amazing. It's become my go to gardening knife since I got it. It's absolutely superb with fibrous materials. I've long used a simple Opinel or SAK in the garden, and whereas they did do the trick and gave me great joy, the Hawkbill just came, saw an...

Still waiting for mine. I think the guys at the customs office want to play with it for a while  Same here... held by Customs They had enough playtime with it and shipped it back to Spyderco 😬... The saga continuous. That sucks. I hope you get it resolved soon. I'm sorry if I missed it, b...

It feels like a Para 3 kind of day today https://s8.postimg.cc/70t1r3it1/IMG_20180823_162311_842.jpg image sharing “Mighty Hanks”? Or is it a pot holder? Why not both :D... It's a small handkerchief by Mighty Hanks indeed. Microfiber cloth on the other side. Great for people with glasses like myself.
