The latest video on the southfork, at the Amsterdam meeting, sal said something like late summer. .Some websites say spring,but only someone at spyderco can give us a definite answer. A true update from the company would be nice...even a ballpark figure... "late summer" is the ballpark.

Will the Damascus Endura and Caly 3 have a pocket clip? I don't think the Damascus Delica had a clip, but I may be wrong.

Most steels will do MUCH better with a coarser edge, something in the 14-16 Micron range, with a polished edge based on my testing you lose around 40% to 50% edge retention with every steel that I have tested so far in direct comparison.
