I have two CRKT knivess - a Stiff KISS - very handy to keep in my pack when camping - very light and sturdy - and their small folding KISS - I just like the simplicity and clever engineering of it - hardly ever carry it though - it just can't beat a Spyderco!

Based on my experience, that would be a wise move.

Delica II Stainless - plain edge.

High clip mount means it sits very low for IWB carry.

Pratical size (for my needs), very easy to one handed open with a wrist flick.

Very slim proportions, smooth to draw from trousers.

I'd concur with this.

I tried to order 2 knives from them a year or so back - took them 2 weks to email me to tell me they didn't have stock.

My experience supports the other comments made in this and the "Airport Security.." thread. The one time I was hassled was flying from Salt Lake to Denver last year (on United) with my FRN Dragonfly serrated, in my small backpack, they didn't like the serrations at all, I managed to negoti...

Me too!

Although I have a number of Spyderco's - I just bought a Rescue on the weekend and love it.

As one of my work mates once said - you don't wear the same tie to work every day, so why would you carry the same Spyderco every day?

I'm 6'2", probably bigger than average hands - the Dragonfly felt a bit small to open initially, compared to my Delica and Hunter (now obselete - but was a bit like a stainless body Pro Venator), but I became accustomed to the smaller size very quickly, and am very comfortable with it now.

I have an Endura II serated edge - a great knife, but too much "presence" for me to feel comfortable using it "in public" - great for camping etc. My Dragonfly II is almost perfect for my daily needs - the stainless body has ample weight to open with a quick wrist flick. It is di...
