Why buy Spydercs? Well, even though I am only a couple years old to the knife collecting world, these are some of my reasons why I buy and like Spydercos. 1. Price/Performance ratio can't be beat. Spyderco makes very affordable...

I got my FRN PE Delica in VG-10 a few weeks ago. It's a good little slicer and it has cut through thick plastic shrink wrap and foot callouses with ease

BTW, dumb question, how do you get the little spydie symbols? I don't know what to type in to make them show up.

There is the Black Bladed Delica with Olive Drab handles. It's combo edge though, but it is available through a lot of online dealers.

I just got mine today and I think it's really spiffy .

I recieved my PE CF Delica #268 last week. I love the quality of Carbon Fiber they used. It should match the spoiler on my future Lancer Evolution VIII . Great little knife. Now all I need is a CF Police... -Silver Dragon

Oh, Spyderco's definitely get attention from their looks. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" kind of holds true here. What I find 'beautiful' about Spydercos are the various innovative designs and their supreme functionality. I love my CE FRN Endura with VG-10 steel. It's my daily work...

Maybe Sal should consider redesigning a new Dyad knife. Instead of the serrated sheepsfoot and plain upswept point blades, he can stick on something sharped more like the Endura or Delica blades

Yowza!

The Jot Singh Khalsa seems to be the Frankenstein equivalent of several Spydercos!

Funky knife with an equally funky ad to advertise it .

The Jot singh.....

If I recall correctly, that Spydie resembled a primitive Gunting, didn't it? It's SpyderHole was way up and off the back of the blade. I check e-bay every now and again for discontinued Spyderco's and I've only seen that Jot singh twice.

Let's see, First dumb thing I did with a knife was with a cheap CS Grand Vaquero knock off (buying it was one thing, using it was another). It was so dull, it couldn't even cleanly cut newspaper. I tried sharpening it on my Sharpmaker, but it still didn't cut cleanly.....until I tried running my thu...

Jim, I can see how your job can be stressful. I consider myself even more lucky now since the most dangerous thing I have to deal with on a daily basis is a wayward piece of paper that might deliver a nasty paper-cut to me . At...

I carry a combo edge FRN Endura with me. It's large enough a knife to have a good amount of plain edge and serrated edge on the blade. I use the plain edge part of the blade to slice through plastic shrink wrap, loose ends on paper rolls, and plastic tape. The serrated edge has duties with cardboard...

Humpity Bumpity Hole or just Holey

I know that there are many knife people out there who consider Spyderco to be the ugly ducklings of the knife world. I personally think that their 'looks' is what makes them so undeniably 'Spyderco'. A Spyderco folding knife has to have that infamous Spyderhole. Most people also can't deny that Spyd...

I also have both kinds of Natives. The C41PBK and the C78PBK to be exact. I have to agree with seaswol that I love the beefier grip that the scales provide on the C78PBK. VG-10 is fabulous steel but so is CPMSV30 so I don't have anything to complain about the blade steel. Hey, and for those of you w...
