MAXAMET!!!! It is the be all and end all in my eyes. I have 4 now and want a wee one inside my pocket that is not bulky and uncomfortable. Why do gentlemen knives have to be cheap steel? That one delica did nothing the others did, was sharpened the same way, but chipped out pieces you could see laying on a desk. I have no idea why. Any time these zdp 189 or Elmax and uhc steels want to get into a cutting contest with my Spyderco Maxamet...let me know... my Maxamet sharpens as easily as s30v but cuts and cuts until it is just silly. 4 strokes on the sharpmaker and it sinks into anything with gravity pressure.
