I'm interested in the over-all idea, and agree with the suggestions of both larger and smaller sizes. I like the shape of the Superhawk. It's a less extreme hawkbill. But.. By decreasing the angle from the hilt a few degress, it would increase the cutting potential while maintaining an easier to sha...

I got my 'worn' brown micarta scales the other day.. They look awesome! Kind of like old, beat-up leather.

Installed them tonight on my brown para. I'll post pics (sure to be crappy, and won't do the scales justice) when the sun's up. :)

I'd like to see a Golden Stone scaled down to maybe 1/3 size. Or 1/2.. With a steady anchor hand, I get better results using the full size GS than the sharpmaker.. For regular touch-ups, that is. I keep a small fine stone in the glove compartment.. Don't need one at work, because there's bench stone...

I got a bottle of the 10wt awhile ago.. And thus far, it is as advertised. Great lube! But.. Just like any oil, it attracts and traps 'gunk'-- pocket lint.. So, I took my PPT and Brown Para2 apart, and cleaned everything off. Then, before reassembly, I put a dab on both washers and smeare...

Hhhmmm nice wheelie but I've heard they hurt to shoot, not to mention the cost of ammo. :D Well.. If you're going to pull the trigger on one, you better be prepared! I'm talking ear-plugs and muffs.. And the grip had best be white-knuckled.. With Locked elbows.. Or an ER visit for a busted nose may...

PPT! Solid, solid, solid knife. Ergos are great, rides low in the pocket, and the Wharncliff-esk blade is a powerhouse if you need it..

Don't ask about the bowl on the counter.. It's an on-going issue I don't want to get into.. I do have a few Queens I keep safe, t...

I like the weight, Snoo.. Don't get me wrong there.. But some may not. I just threw the liner thing out there as an example.
The different steels are what I'm really interested in. :)
