Well it's obvious no one is going to change anyone else's mind so there's no point in continuing.

So we agree we should try to prevent inattentive drivers from causing accidents, very good. As for suing the text sender, you may not like it or feel it is fair but it was an attempt to apply established law. Bars and party hosts have been successfully sued for over serving, even though they are no...

It reality not all slogans, do some reading about accident reduction, Human Performance Improvement. Accident do not just happen they have root causes, including conditions or designs that can induce a false sense of safety where none exists. The slogans are used to get people to pay attention and ...

You are just repeating slogans, like expected the unexpected, or give 110%, makes no sense and impossible to achieve. You can't prevent all accidents no matter how hard you try, that's the reality. Regard the blame game, please refer back the original context, where the victim's lawyer suing the per...

I strongly disagree with your comment that a person emotionally involved cannot make a rational decision. Then no one could ever make a decision about anything. If you are nor emotionally involved in life, then what the **** are you, a robot. I simply made a comment that someone who takes anothers ...

I can unlock mine one handed but it's a pain in the butt and it chew up my thumbnail, so I modded it. Too bad I don't use it anymore, may need to sell it eventually.

I was mostly referring to your statement of "anything that distracts or lowers your driving skills and awareness as an impairment", and your 2nd part of bold text does reinforce my point of any person emotionally involved cannot make a rational decision. It's a very wide brush there, what ...

Maybe, but any involved person's viewpoint is even more skewed because they are out for blood and wants to drag down anyone they can, as you and BAL's post above have already demonstrated.

That is really sweet. I like that Victorinox will take the time to do such a thing. They seem to be a truely blessed company. Now where do we sign up for the Spyderco version? lol For only three payments of $39.99, I'll send you a bag of endura parts*, how's that? :D *Some improvisation and fabrica...

Been done before doesn't make it right, it doesn't matter if she knew the other party is driving or not, just out of control lawyers who would do anything for a buck.

Easy, unlike the text sender in this case, the phone maker has no idea anyone using their product might be driving, not the same conditions. Still asinine to sue the sender. Text message is there and you can read and reply anytime you wish, like voice messages, it's nothing more than rabid lawyer b...

You'll probably get it back exact the way it is and a letter telling you it's in spec, Spyderco warranty is one of the less generous among knife companies. I'd just put some pencil lead or graphite on the tang and save the shipping.

Rechargeable has about half the capacity of regular, it's voltage is higher so make sure the light is designed for it or it'll burn out. Cold resistance is also bad if that matters to you. 18650 is a little bigger than two rechargeable 123a but have much higher capacity, but too big to fit into flas...

The sharpmaker diamond rod is too fine for actual reprofiling, get some coarse sandpapers (start at 100 grit or so), cut into strips and clip onto SM rods. Make sure you get the aluminum oxide or even better silicon carbide paper, not garnet.

They are all manually ground so there's no guarantee the next one will be fine. If you can learn to fix it yourself it will be best since you'll encounter many like this down the line.
