Blue FRN VG10. Nothing fancy but will always get the job done.
The blue is a nice change from the normal black and satin that we seem to see all the time too :D :spyder:

Yeah, letting the patina form naturally is best way. I have a few traditional knives in 1095 that I use to cut fruit and stuff and let the patina form naturally
