Wow, when you said it hit ceramic and chipped, I was thinking it would be much worse. That is impressive that it only ended up with a tiny chip.

It has to be a mistake. There are multiple sources that have confirmed that it is a production model.

Yes, thanks for the feedback. I have a mule 26 that I haven't tested out yet, other than cardboard etc. I am going to try it out on my next deer. I have a friend who offered to sell me his maxamet mule, but for fixed blade uses, I think the pma11 will suit me better due to higher toughness.

Found some time today and reprofiled to 17dps... I'm far from an expert (mostly a novice), but I gotta say that this is some of the easiest steel to reprofile that I've sharpened. I hope so as well. I came across a youtube video where Blade HQ did a announcement the week of the pm 2 g10 m4 release.

I wonder if these will drop this year? I have only purchased one of the BHQ exclusives, Military M4 natural g10. Do you guys find there is a typical time range once BHQ exclusives are posted as a notify me option? 2 weeks to 12 months? Lol.
