Re: s35vn from china

.... i'm going to get it regardless of what's said here, but i thought i would ask and see if we can get more data. I figure you will have read my posts "praising the Tenacious S35VN" since not many other seem to have one at this point ;) So you´ll know that I am REALLY impressed with the...

Re: What's your favorite large Spyderco folder?

Caribbean is my fav and got my vote, but the resilience is a fantastic and very versatile knife, I highly recommend it and feel its an underrated knife. I think I heard its in the top few biggest Spyderco folders. I note its also coming out in lightweight blackout, combo, serrated and S30V, in the n...

Nice one Josh, you're a cool brother.
My bro got me my first Spyder, and now we are both into Spyderco and chatting knives and steel every time we talk.
It was a great gift, thanks to him.
The Cats a nice knife, great choice.

Re: Keychain Knives Suggestion

You can get nice ones in stainless from any decent fishing tackle store, all different sizes for lures and rigs.
Can get black coated ones too, 6 or 12 in a pack for only a few bones.
Very small marine grade D shackles would work well too.

I think a smaller version of the rock jumper called the stone jumper would be cool.
If Sal wanted to get a bit edgy he could call it the stoned jumper.

Re: S35VN Tenacious LW: Some great features, but NO full SE ?!

Ive really come to appreciate my tenacious SE, Steiny.
So many uses and is actually a pretty handy steak knife.
The tenacious is a solid build, good platform.
S35V model makes sense for the tenacious fans.
Definitely needs a SE model in 35.

Re: Thank you guys for answering my questions

I will look into buying the sharp maker. From the video it looks like I can't mess up too bad. You would not regret it! Perhaps get a cheap Byrd knife you still like (the Meadowlark for example is a nice, very good performing small carry) and try the Sharpmaker out on it first. And: The sharpmaker ...

Excellent stuff. I still suggest to buy the S110V Military, a set of DMT diamond plates (coarse, fine, extra fine, size 6x2 is enough) and the Spyderco UF benchstone.
I cant find a CF s110v military or I'd have it on the way.
Nice choices so far mate, what's your fav currently?

Good idea!
Maybe even a Salt n Pepper model, called the 'push it'.
And the extra large version could be “push it real good” :D

Old school quiz question.

Anybody recognise this advertising slogan, for a US skate movie from late 80s early 90s?

''Have you seen him?''

Who is it referring to?
Animal Chin.
You got it brother!
What a cult movie that was.
