Re: Frequent Forum Fanatic?
Once upon a time, I probably fell in the 10-20 times a day category. That was probably in the timeframe from the early 2000's to to around 2007 or 2008 thereabouts; this forum was an incredibly active and dynamic place during that time frame. Now, it's more like just a few times a week. I still like...

Hey, brother! Good to see you back on here again! Always wondered what happened to you.
I don't get on here myself much anymore, either, though I do still lurk from time to time.

Re: Delica Torx screw troubles..
When removing or re-installing screws place the knife on top of a firm, foam pad that is on top of a hard surface, e.g. the foam insert that comes with the knife in the box, mouse pad, etc. Use straight up and down pressure. For a loose fitting T6, find a thin rubber band (or other thin piece of rub...

A leather boot lace loaded up with polishing compound works very well.Johnnie1801 wrote:I'm a noob when it comes to serrated knives but someone once told me you can use a leather shoe lace to strop the serrations.

Re: I figured out why my millie was off center
Mine (an older one) had a similar issue that was causing some rubbing between the liner and blade when opening. Instead of the clip being the cause, I had to slightly back-off on the torx screw on the handle closest to the pivot.

Head out to your local hardware store and get some paint stripper in a spray can. Spray on the clip....let sit 10 minutes. Wipe off paint. Lightly sand with a scotch-brite pad. Done. Takes about 30 mins total and costs less than $10. :) I've done this about 15 times. No joke. This...I forgot the na...

I find that especially when I shoot a .45 ACP in the 1911, all of the recoil comes straight back into my hand, like a punch or push. I'm much more accurate with that than a 9mm which I find snaps up but not back into me. But I mostly shoot .357 Mag, which I guess would be in the middle of those to ...

The grip is a little thicker I believe on my G30S but on the my G27 I can only get 3 fingers on the grip without mag extension which I don't care for I'd rather have my pinky hanging off . The G23 is a full grip . Like I mentioned I did a trigger guard under cut on my 30s for more room . http://i14...

Good point and that was my first trip to the range with my 30S . That's one that I did a trigger undercut on to give my hand/ fingers more room . I do have a G27 and 23 so I am use to a smaller frame Glocks . But that 30S does have a little more kick although shoots very nice . Is the frame/grip of...

My Glock 30S 45acp the grouping is a little tighter but high and right . For some reason most of my Glocks I shoot a tad high and right . It's not the Glock it has to be my finger position on the trigger I'm guessing and my grip . http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r69/TheFactor_photos/Mobile%20Upl...
