Re: Any interest in a PM2 with LC200N
SSSsssooooo....I have a question. When you say you would like to see model ABC with a blade from LC200N. Is that because you are interested in that particular blade steel as a blade?................or are you thinking that that would make it a "Salt" version? sal I assume there is a lot o...

Wonder if he can add wire clip provisions for that 3rd screw... Hmmfoofie wrote:If you delete the lanyard hole, he provides the standoff and screws (torx 6). Re: C22 Michael Walker in 2019
My apologies if I offend anyone with this idea, but would anyone else like to see this knife made with a different lock? Or would that be too sacrilegious? LOL! I love this knife and regret selling mine. It was just sitting in my drawer and the money seemed more important at the time. I'd buy any n...

Re: Caly 3 HAP40 dropped
Might be different than mine, but both my recent 3.5 and 3 HAP40 took a while to break in. Both went from difficult and sticky, to gritty and rough, to smooth and stick free. I tried nano oil in the beginning, but it almost seemed to gum it up a bit. Eventually I found that cleaning the grit from th...

If this thing flips in a way that truly satisfies the action junkies, Spyderco will potentially be entering a whole new level of industry dominance.

Re: Military growing on me
I've tried forcing myself to carry it, but it always ended up in my bag mostly because of the clip situation, partly because of the size. After I fell in love with the Police4, I bit the bullet and tapped a Military for tip up carry... Now I like it much more. Right now I still need to tell myself t...

Re: Para 3 vs Paramilitary 2
PM2 for me. Everything about it works better for me than the three. If you prefer the size of the Para3, be sure to check out the Native5 and the Sage series... A lot of people compare the Sage5 to the Para3, for good reason.

Re: Something new is coming soon.
Lil native compression lock That'd be my guess as well. No jimping on the spine though. I don't think the prototypes shown at Blade had jimping but I kind of figured that was because they were prototypes. There looks like a very small amount of jimping where the flat spine enters the handle. Could ...

Re: The One Last Chance Challenge!
I did this with the Delica and it worked. I shipped it down for a hiking trip in the Shenandoahs and it finally clicked with me. HAP40 in pocket today. I'll look through the collection later and see if there's another to force upon myself. Para3 is the first that comes to mind. On paper I should lik...

Different screws. Though the rounded heads in the shot above would match the wire clip screw better. Was the lil' Native confirmed to be an Eric design?

Native5 Fluted Ti - Had no idea how awesome it was until I had it in hand.
Police4 - Thought it would be cool to try, never thought it would totally dominate my rotation.
Slysz Bowie - Total opposite experience of opening my first Sebenza and saying "meh".

Great choice. Be sure to check out both the Native5 and Chaparral, which are very similar in size but carry and slice slightly better IMO.

Re: CPM Cru-Wear Grey users, please stand up !
I've used a "Grey Wear" Manix2 a lot and it's been great. Still prefer the performance and feel of M4, but I'll take Cruwear over most stainless options any day. I seem to be the only one that struggles with pitting and rust on that particular knife though.

Re: Knives designed for women: Women chime in
My GF has a lot of knives, and mostly carries the orange DF2 because of her silly girl pockets on most of her clothes that are sometimes only an inch or two deep. She usually has a couple larger knives in her purse... We both apparently carry multiple knives.
