Thanks and thanks to your dad for his service. The Air Force PJs are no joke. That sticker on my helmet was actually given to me by a PJ up in Alaska.

Nice set of pictures (and knives, of course). What do you think of the Mike Draper? I think that's the first picture of it I've seen on the forum. It's actually a very smooth knife, I have only carried it once and even then only sliced some paper. It's unique and not something I plan on using much ...

I would love to see it. I'm in Virginia so of course I would love it to be here or North Carolina on the I-95 corridor but If it was held in southwest Virginia it would put a lot of other states in close proximity to the event. The town of Bristol or heck, there is the town of Damascus close to that...

My favorite is this old fella. Rescue Clipit that start obsession.

I own both, the original version is an amazing knife. I bought the lightweight based solely on my love for the original and while it is nice, the original feels better in my hand and the fit and finish is perfect. If you the original is within your budget I'd say go for it.
