What i'd really like to see is a Forum worker, a homage to the O.G.

In the interest of keeping the spirit of leaving shiny footsteps i'd just say that the Emersons i have handled were nothing i'd want. Very crude, both looking and working. I had a Benchmade Emerson that was much better built, but had the edge geometry of a doorstop.

... When the meet is announced on the forum. You need to send an email with the requested information to a specific emailadres posted in the thread on the forum. If you do that within the first 24 hours of the thread there is a very big chance you are in. Since there are 60 places it is mostly full...

Back to the grind after a great weekend in Amsterdam. First coffee in the ghost mug and some pics from the meet. I can only echo what Davy and KnOeFz said. Great to have the meeting back, hopefully after these dreadful pandemic years it will remain an annual event.

My two favorite bass players are Geddy Lee of RUSH and Pino Palladino. They both are on a different level from the rest IMO.

Sad to see my childhood/youth idols pass one by one. Of course it is expected and inevitable, but still makes me sad.

Some us would use them more if the serrated portion was where it belongs, out on the belly, leaving the plain edge near the handle where I usually need plain edge. Exactly what i proposed a couple of years ago.. I am one of those either or guys in spite of owning a fair share of combo edge collecto...

Regardless of inventor i'd love a Sage 6 featuring the Ikoma deadbolt lock..
