Lsaulog,
Congrats on winning the pink cricket.
I was your opponent on e-bay (fred6666) but your limit was too high for me.
I hope you enjoy your knife.

Just a question.
Some people call the coating on the aluminum cricket 'Almite', while others call it 'Tufram'.
Can someone maybe clarify this?
Thanks,

Mattress,
I bought it like this approx one year ago from the Knifecenter. They had a very limited supply.
At first I thought it was done by Spyderco, but later I found out it was done 'aftermarket'.
The coating holds very well and I really like the knife.

Which Native to choose?

Hi, I want to buy a Native, but I'm not sure which one. (The SS or the FRN) From what I'm reading in the forums, most people prefer the FRN. Can someone maybe explain in a bit more detail how the FRN knife is constructed? Is it only the zytel handles and the blade? Or is the blade between a two piec...

Just noticed on www.boker.de that there is a limited edition grey (!) chinese folder.

Kahz,
I have quite a few tools and I would suggest a LM Pulse. I like the locking mechanism and smooth handles a lot.
If you don't need scissors, then the new supertool (200?) is even bigger and has a saw.
I'm a bit hesistant for the Juice series because they don't have locking as far as I know.

Well, I was looking for a aluminum cricket about 18 months ago. A friend had showed it to me and I really liked it. I couldn't find it anymore on any internet shops or regular knife shops, but when I walked into an adventure store, there was one lying in a display. They also couldn't find the box an...
