Re: Slipjoint mod Para 3

Very interesting design....have you done anything similar for liner lock designs? I'm guessing the technology would not be terribly different. In any case, awesome! I don't think a mod like this is possible on a liner lock. This mod fits into a cutout for the compression lock that doesn't exist on ...

Hi Carrot,

Interesting suggestion, but nothing for the immediate future. We'll be making production "Swicks" in LC 200 with neck, belt or pocket carry. Depending on the success of the concept/model, we'l consider others possibilities.

Para 2 and a victorinox of some type. Add a fixed blade and a leatherman rebar or OHT for those knife heavy days.

Re: Just one problem with wire clips

I find deep carry clips in general seem to catch on things more, not sure why but I’ve only had that happen to me with deep carry? I guess it’s because they tend to have quite a bit less tension. I like deep carry on some knives but for me retention and comfort are more important factors. I also va...

Re: Para 3 Lightweight?

I think you just have to adjust your expectations slightly. It will feel slightly different for sure. That being said, I think it's gonna be sweet. And I can't wait. I held off on the original pm3 because I have and love the pm2, but I think this different version will entice me to buy!

Re: How often do you carry a fixed blade?

Pretty much every day. I work where I'm probably 50-60% in an office and the rest of the time outside in the backcountry. I love a small (3" - 3.5") fixed blade carried appendix style owb horizontal. I have several I'll carry this way, but my most recent is a mule team 5 in 9Cr18Mo that I ...
