Time is not a thing you can independently manipulate without doing some major manipulation to space. Hence why black holes are considered to result in a slowing of time due to their massive gravity well. Nor is it a thing you can "pick up a lump of and shape"- it's a component of the mater...

Don't believe there has been a DLC (diamond like carbon) coating on a delica (?).
