Re: Spyderco Models From 2010 & Earlier That You Wish To Return

Large Goddard Compression centofante (I think it was called the Vesuvius) Large Lum I would love another opportunity to buy the HAP40 Lum Tanto that BladeHQ had. EDIT: I just realized after posting this how similar the profile is between the Goddard and Siren. I can’t post a picture right now but th...

Re: Sprints

I have not read this whole thread but I think the idea of higher quantum sprints makes sense but only if the demand is there. I would just like to see more timely delivery. I order fewer knives because in some cases it is months or even a year before I see it. Even the reveals haven’t delivered when...

Re: Reveal 4, What's your favorite release?

All the Manix sprints are great. 2 Rex sprints and the SPY which I assume will be regular production.

Still waiting for Spyderco to throw us CBBL lovers a bone and give us something other than the Manix to enjoy.

Now that Reveal 4 is out: May I ask once more: Where is the "Reveal 3-knife" Siren?!

Re: Philosophy of locks

Modern knife locks are all pretty reliable especially if the knife is being used for the purpose which is was designed. What is more important to me is function and consistency. That is one reason I prefer CBBL over other locks. The experience when opening a closing a CBBL is very consistent and can...

Re: Gentleman EDC / Groomsman Gift

Sage 5 is a good size knife and has the nice Carbon Fiber look. That is probably what I would go with to just keep it simple because you can't go wrong with a Delica.

Re: Poll: more CBBL

Nice video vivi. You can also open the Manix using the same method you are demonstrating to close it. I find the spring tension is perfect and even with a nerve injury in my dominant hand which has limited its strength I don’t have an issue opening or closing the CBBL. I have small hands to begin wi...

Re: Poll: more CBBL

I am bumping this thread because CBBL does not get enough love when it comes to new models and designs. There is obviously support for it. Are we stuck with the Manix forever and that’s all?
