Been thinking hard about building me another mountain bike....if I do it'll be a steel slack HA 27.5" or 29" hardtail with somewhere around a 140mm fork.

Re: Blade HQ M4/Micarta Shaman
Not to mention, those micarta models just melt into your hand! Don't hear many people say the Shaman isn't ergonomically great, but contoured micarta brings it to the next level. I'll add the Manix to the mix as well for size reference. https://i.postimg.cc/tRKx5q05/20220421-185705.jpg Great compar...

Re: Where's the 3V?
As a high wear resistance junkie, I've been less than impressed in that aspect on my lone 3V knife (fixed blade). Re: The Carry Conundrum
I have the luxury of living 10/12 minutes from work, I eat lunch at home four days a week. It’s very common for me to take one knife with me in the morning and switch out at lunch and carry a different knife in the afternoon.

You obviously drove the speed limit going through there as you didn't mention getting a ticket....it's the speed trap capitol of the South!steelcity16 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 09, 2022 10:44 pmTo think that last week I was mere 3 miles away as I drove through Conway on my way to Myrtle Beach! Pretty cool!

Dan, benben, I'm gonna use Blackrock Leather n Rich and Renwax to take care of it. Obenauf’s Heavy Duty LP is another great product! It’s actually beeswax, I use it on the palm liner and palm binding on all of my high dollar ball gloves. Beeswax forms a natural barrier against sweat and moisture, s...
