While OC dispensed in a stream does require more accuracy, you also have FAR less chance of it blowing back on YOU. I used to carry the ASP keychain dispenser in what's now the 'medium' length. It was the largest back then. I tucked it into my belt near the appendix, and I wore it with my keys attac...

(Edited: To reflect Hector's keen observation!)My own gray one is also off-centered. Isn't that a well-known issue with them?
Either way, I love it. If I could change only one thing, it sure wouldn'be be jimping....it would be tip-UP carry. :D

One thing's for sure, this is not a "police" matter. Civil, it may be.
Have you been to another Scion dealer to run the issue by THEM?

I've been a little too lax THREE TIMES in making sure that my thumb tip is clear of the liner lock when folding the blade closed. Fairly small cuts,... Man, this weirds me out reading this, and from more than one poster. I press the liner with my thumb, and push the blade with my index finger until...

I just handled a Renegade the other day. A customer is a knife guy, with that one, and a few other Spydies in the mix. I really, really liked the knife. What struck me was that it was G10, unlined. I'd really like to see this in other knives...and of course it was pinned. :D

The Byrd raven G-10 is similar in size with the same blade steel and construction style but more ergonomic and a lower price, It doesn't get any love cuz the hole isn't round I have both, and I disagree. Ergos are certainly a matter of preference. However, there's no question that the Raven is slim...

If you defend yourself, and it rises to the level of involving the authorities, then you will need to "use your words" to defend yourself. You must (as you note) establish you were in fear for your life or of grievous bodily harm. ... I've come around on this subject EVER, ever so s...

In the UK citizens are banned from owning hand-guns, let alone carrying them :( I know. The stories I read outta the UK are outrageous! The latest was of a LEO, for gosh sakes, being prosecuted for being in possession of two rounds of ammo! ..Victor is one of the good guys running the S&W...

EDC, but no gun?

I've breezed through a couple of recent EDC threads here, mostly for the eye-candy, LOL. :D I've noticed a dearth of pistols (or revolvers ;) ) Now, I want to make sure that don't come across as offensive in ANY manner. However, with many posts related to MBC, and the like, I would think there would...

That's a great score! The Ruger LCR has impressed me very, very much. However, it's really been out long enough to feel comfortable recommending it totally. That said, any J-frame Smith is a no-brainer.

It's my understanding that CF is dangerous to try and modify yourself, such as rounding off a corner with a file, or dremel. Something to do with fibers imbedding in your skin, or perhaps inhalation hazard?.?? Is G10 also a no-no in that regard?

Easier to sharpen a SE?

I've always avoided the SE, but this just occurred to me. Assuming use of the Tri-Angle, is it any easier?

I've got a PE Tenacious, a Raven and a Crow 'in-flight' to me now. I've already fondled the Tenacious locally, and it's a no-brainer.
