ZDP wharncliffe makes sense to me. Zdp has a reputation for doing well with a cardboard. Wharncliffe is good for breaking down boxes. I'd be interested.

Any and all steel variation would be great, AFTER the k390 is released. That steel is so **** good on my Urban I must have another. 4.5ish inches of k390 is amazing. Bah I don't know if I can wait for the frn.

Frn k390 police 4? Yes yes yes. I've been going back and forth on the G10 P4 or the new v-toku2 endura. Assuming the price is somewhere in the middle of those 2, I will wait for this to drop and buy instantly.

Bump Yes you can use water stones. It will be faster and easier to get a sharp edge with the diamond and ceramic on those steels though. With the Tojiro and the tomato cutting it sounds like you overpolished the edge and crushed the Apex due to slight angle inconsistencies adding up on the differen...

I have the Para 3 in s110v. I bought the urban k390 because I wanted to try some exotic steels. I'd love a Para 3 in Cru-Wear and Maxamet but it will be quite some time before I could afford them, if ever. A less expensive platform like the UKPK in those steels would be AWESOME! I would snatch them ...
